Israel rejected a UN-backed report confirming famine in Gaza, calling the findings false and based on “Hamas lies.” The report had stated that famine now affects Gaza City, covering about 20% of the Gaza Strip. FRANCE 24’s Noga Tarnopolsky has some more details from Jerusalem.
