UN sanctions on Iran: Tehran blasts 30-Day ultimatum by Europe

France, Britain and Germany have launched the process of triggering the “snapback mechanism,” which automatically reimposes all United Nations sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program. The three countries say Iran has willfully violated the 2015 nuclear deal that had lifted those measures.
