Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the “horrific murder” of Andriy Parubiy, a leading figure in Ukraine’s 2014 pro-European “Maidan” protest movement, who was shot and killed in Lviv on Saturday. A former speaker of parliament, Parubiy, 54, also previously served as secretary of the National Security and Defence Council. Caroline Baum reports.
