The United Nations envoy to Yemen, Hans Grundberg, said that Houthi rebels had detained “at least 11 UN personnel” on Sunday and demanded that they be “immediately and unconditionally” released. Those arrested included seven World Food Programme employees and three UNICEF workers, a security source in Sanaa told AFP.
