Ukrainian officials have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of former parliamentary speaker and prominent Maidan protest leader Andriy Parubiy, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced early Monday. No details of the suspect’s identity and motives were revealed, but Zelensky said the arrested man had given an initial statement to investigators.
