Over 250 media outlets in 70 countries joined a global campaign on Monday to condemn the killing of journalists in Gaza, launched by RSF and Avaaz. Front pages and websites displayed a black banner warning that, at this rate, “there will soon be no one left to inform you.” RSF says more than 210 journalists have been killed since Israel’s military response to the October 7 Hamas attack. Jonathan Dagher, Head of the Middle East Desk at Reporters Without Borders, was FRANCE 24’s guest to talk about this campaign.
