At just 17 years old in 1988, Debbie Gibson was the youngest person to ever write, produce and perform a Billboard Hot 100 chart topper. She still holds that record for female artists today. Gibson spoke to “CBS Mornings” about her new music and the highs and lows of her decades-long career described in her memoir, “Eternally Electric: The Message in my Music.”
