DR Congo conflict: How is Burundi impacted by the escalating tensions?

Despite Kinshasa’s refusal to engage in talks with the Rwanda-backed M23 rebels, who have been capturing key cities in eastern DR Congo, Angola announced on Tuesday its intention to attempt mediation once again.
