Internet users around the world have been reacting to a post by President Donald Trump on his Truth Social platform, where he shared a link that displayed a “no” sign over a downward-facing pink triangle. The pink triangle symbol was used by Nazi Germany to identify LGBTQ+ people in concentration camps. It’s unclear whether Trump had read the opinion piece or is aware of the historical significance.
