Is Taylor Swift totally in control of the wedding invitations for her big day with Travis Kelce?? That’s what one of his friends thinks…
Andrew Santino was a guest on the Pardon My Take podcast on Friday, and the first question they asked him, right out the gate? “Are you going to the wedding?” Ha! The Ricky Stanicky star highly downplayed his chances of being on the guest list for Tayvis’ star-studded ceremony, musing:
“I doubt it. I mean, I highly doubt it, dude. I don’t think I got that invite.”
Why?
“You know she’s controlling that guest list. I’m not on that list, dude.”
Sorry, she’s controlling the guest list? Man, he’s making it sound like he doesn’t think they have an equal partnership — or she’s some kind of bridezilla! Kinda disrespectful and casually misogynistic, don’t you think? Assuming he’s just assuming this about his new pal’s bride…
But really, we can’t see Taylor being as austere as they’re making her sound. Thus far every one of Trav’s pals that have met her say she’s really chill and down to earth. So sounds like some guys just being dudes, talking about women they don’t know? Maybe?

One of the hosts suggested Tay would “have a handful of his rowdy friends that she’ll allow him to invite.” Man, they really think she’s going to be that kind of wife! Oof.
“He’s got a lot of dogs from Ohio that he’s loyal to the foil on that will be there for sure. I’m an adult friend. Adult friends are different. We met later in life. I’m sure when they’re going down the list, she’ll get to ‘Santino’ and be like, ‘I don’t know, dude…’”
They then joked it would depend how funny his latest special was. OK, that’s a pretty good bit. Santino added:
“Dude, Trav’s my boy, I love him to death… Maybe I’ll catch a bachelor party invite. Maybe… You can do bachelor and not the wedding. In fact, prefer it if I’m being honest.”
The comic then joked with the hosts about not liking attending weddings generally, why it’s better not to get the invite than to be thrown “usher” as a wedding job. Some good points, tbh… Though maybe not for THE WEDDING EVENT OF THE DECADE! For those nuptials you’d be happy to be in charge of getting pedialyte to overserved aunts and uncles! Whatever job they want to give you! LOLz!
Santino did say he was with his dad when they congratulated the couple on FaceTime, and joked:
“My dad was like, ‘Am I going? Do I get an invite?’ It’d actually be funnier if he went and I didn’t go.”
It would be funnier if Taylor looked at Trav’s list and greenlit his dad over him! LOLz!
