The death toll from a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake in Myanmar rose to 1,644, the ruling junta said Saturday, with 3,408 people injured. At least 139 people are still missing. The quake also struck neighboring Thailand, where a skyscraper under construction collapsed, killing at least 10 people. The International Rescue Mission is on the ground, providing emergency aid and coordinating rescue operations in both Myanmar and Thailand, according to Elinor Raikes, Vice President for Program Delivery at the International Rescue Mission
