Will DOGE cripple the UN’s agencies?

Former American diplomat Hugh Dugan is leading an effort to ‘DOGE’ the UN. His team is looking into ways to make the global organisation more cost effective. His proposals come as the UN is already facing a liquidity crisis and more cuts are announced everyday. FRANCE 24’s Jessica Le Masurier reports from New York.
