Hungary’s parliament on Monday approved constitutional changes that allows Viktor Orban’s far right government to ban public events by LGBTQ communities and temporarily strip citizenship from dual or multiple nationals. It also states that people can only be male or female, providing a legal framework to deny gender identities. France24 correspondent in Brussels, Dave Keating, has the latest.
