Pitbull to headline BST Hyde Park 2026 and new Roundhay Festival

Pitbull has been announced as a headliner for BST Hyde Park 2026, as well as for Leeds’ new Roundhay Festival.

Mr. Worldwide will top the bill at the London festival series on Friday 10 July, with support from Kesha and many more names still to be revealed. Tickets for the show will go on general sale on October 8 and you will be able to find yours here.

In addition, Pitbull will also headline the Roundhay Festival, the new event that launches next summer from the same team that runs BST Hyde Park. The musician will top the bill on Friday 3 July, joined once again by Kesha, with tickets available from October 8 – find them here.

Both BST Hyde Park and Roundhay will also be headlined by Lewis Capaldi next summer as part of his UK and Ireland headline tour. Garth Brooks has also been announced as a BST Hyde Park headliner, with others still be confirmed.

Jim King, CEO of festival organiser AEG Presents UK, has said: “We’re proud that over the years, BST Hyde Park has welcomed artists from every corner of the musical spectrum, but there’s truly no one quite like Mr. Worldwide. Pitbull’s energy is unmatched, and his ability to unite audiences across generations is something special. BST Hyde Park is about joy, connection, and unforgettable nights, and with Pitbull, we know he will deliver all of that and more.”

Pitbull’s shows will provide fans with another chance to don the bald caps after his recent shows went viral when a significant number of gig-goers showed up wearing skintight bald caps, aviators and leather jackets in the spirit of the Florida rapper.

At a show in London’s O2 Arena in February, Pitbull said: “Now I wanna say a special thank you to everybody who came out with bald caps here tonight. It’s amazing to see, and it’s amazing to feel. And I hope when you put on those bald caps you feel just like I do: Having a good motherfucking time every day of my life.”

On his return to the UK in June, the trend continued, with fans adding fake facial hair and a suit and tie to add to the tribute. “[It’s] an honour,” he said at the time. “It’s the ultimate trophy to be able to go on stage and see all the hard work that you put into the music. I’ve been in the game for 25 years and to see every demographic, everybody [dressing up] at the shows is priceless.”

Pitbull being joined by Kesha at both shows comes after he re-credited her on their collaborative track ‘Timber’, after a backlash to her name having been removed from the 2013 song last year.

2026 will be the inaugural edition of Roundhay Festival, which organisers hope will become a central fixture of the north of England’s cultural calendar, hosting some of the world’s biggest names.

The legendary Roundhay Park has already got a storied history with live music, having played host to the likes of Michael JacksonMadonnaThe Rolling Stones and, most recently, Ed Sheeran.
