Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Rome ahead of the second round of indirect talks between Tehran and Washington on the Islamic Republic’s nuclear programme, state media said Saturday. The meeting comes one week after an initial round of negotiations in Oman.
