France 24 correspondent Gulliver Cragg reports from Kyiv, where rescuers and volunteers searched the rubble for survivors of the Russian strikes on Kyiv that killed at least 12 people and injured 90 more early on Thursday. Russia’s attack also targeted nine other locations across Ukraine, an operation that exposed the dwindling capabilities of Ukraine’s air defense systems.
