More than 90 killed in Gaza strikes as Israel prepares to ramp up offensive

At least 92 people were killed by Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, one day after the Israeli government approved plans to seize territory and forcibly displace residents to the south of the Palestinian enclave.
