A judge in the US says the US government has violated his court order that barred officials from deporting people to countries not their own without first giving them sufficient time to object. A group of immigrants were flown out of the United States to South Sudan just hours after getting notice. As Morgan Ayre reports, the judge saying it was not a sufficient amount of time.
