Rescuers say nine children of Gaza doctor couple killed in Israeli strike

Gaza’s civil defence agency said Saturday (May 24) that an Israeli strike in the southern city of Khan Younis killed nine children of a pair of married doctors. The Israeli military has stepped up its Gaza operations in recent days in what it has described as a renewed push to destroy Hamas.
