On the new Billboard Pop Shop Podcast, Katie & Keith are talking about the nominations livestream, Carey’s annual announcement of when it’s time to welcome the holiday season (spoiler alert: it’s time), as well as rap’s two-week absence from the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time since 1990.
