With the COP30 climate summit under way in Brazil, we take you to the United Arab Emirates, one of the most arid countries in the world. There, the government has implemented a cloud-seeding programme to increase rainfall. FRANCE 24’s Amélie Zaccour and Sophie Guignon report, with Josh Vardey.
