The Simpsons’ world just lost a longtime member!
During this week’s episode of the iconic animated show titled, Springfield’s First Church Organist Alice Glick kicked the bucket right smack in the middle of a sermon!

This isn’t the first time she’s croaked, though… During season 22, she died after being mauled by a Robopet. But returned to the show quickly after — sometimes even in ghost form. But that won’t be the case this time! Producer Tim Long told People on Tuesday:
“In a sense, Alice the organist will live forever, through the beautiful music she made,” he said. “But in another, more important sense, yep she’s dead as a doornail.”
Sorry, Alice fans!
