Mexico has held its first-ever judicial elections – critics say stirring controversy and also sowing confusiong among voters amid a complicated election process. Early indications of a low turnout – something experts warned of in the lead up due to a mindboggling array of unfamiliar choices and the fact that voting for judges is new.
