North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has promised Pyongyang’s “unconditional support” for Russia’s war in Ukraine, telling top Russian security official Sergei Shoigu Wednesday that he believed Moscow would “surely win”. Pyongyang confirmed in April that it had sent troops to help Moscow drive out a Ukrainian incursion in Russia’s Kursk region.
