Wrongly deported migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia brought back to US, arrested upon landing

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the migrant who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador from the United States, has been brought back to the US and arrested on human smuggling charges, officials said Friday.
