Ukraine and Russia have conducted another prisoner-of-war (POW) exchange, according to both sides on Saturday, under agreements made in Istanbul earlier this month. Kyiv said Moscow had also returned another batch of 1,200 unidentified bodies, which it said Russia claimed “belong to Ukrainian citizens, including military personnel”.
