Don’t you hate it when your boyfriend tries to get the friend group in the breakup??
That’s what Katy Perry is dealing with right now! She’s unable to attend the wedding of her pals Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos as she’s currently in Adelaide, Australia, working on her largely panned world tour. So Orlando Bloom, with whom she just broke up apparently in April, is taking the opportunity to slide in to the festivities in her place.
Yeah. He’s going stag to her friends‘ wedding. Ouch. We already heard he’s planning to go and have a good time while she’s stuck working. And we’ve heard he plans to attend as an eligible bachelor — single and ready to mingle with bridesmaids and A-list attendees.

Well, he’s getting the schmooze parade started at the top — with the freakin’ Kardashians!
Orly was spotted arriving in Venice on Thursday, looking oh so casual in black sportswear. And shortly after he ran into reality TV’s first family! While enjoying lunch at his luxe hotel, the Gritti Palace, the Pirates of the Caribbean star was photographed saying a warm hello to Kim and Khloé Kardashian, as well as their mom Kris Jenner.
It didn’t look like flirting, of course. Even Paris of Troy wouldn’t try something so brazen as cracking the girl code by trying to get with Katy’s pals Kim or Khloé. Probably. But he was kinda sorta staking his claim on the celeb circle. See the pics for yourself HERE.
Think we’re reading into things? Well, you can bet no one will be looking with more scrutiny than Katy! Per a DailyMail.com source earlier this week, she is PISSED about this move of Orlando’s:
“Katy feels like they’re really her friends more than his, and yet he’s the one going to the wedding. And he’s insistent that he goes, which annoys her because he’s not particular close to either of them. She feels like it’s a ‘f**k you’ to her from him. He complains about her going to space, and then wants to go to the wedding of the people who made it possible for her to do this in the first place. That’s difficult for her to accept.”
And starting with the Kardashians. Oof. It begins, huh? And it’s probably just going to get worse as the festivities continue throughout the weekend. Sorry, Katy.
