In the aftermath of catastrophic flash floods that killed over 100 people, including 27 children staying at a sleep-away camp, in Texas over the July 4 weekend, Donald Trump’s administration came under fire on Monday, with some saying Trump’s drastic cuts to federal agencies, including weather forecasting, had impacted the scale of the tragedy.
