Another Diddy lawsuit has been launched… And this one offers insight into how the disgraced rapper allegedly handled the clothing Biggie Smalls left behind.
On the heels of Diddy being partially acquitted in his New York trial, a new sexual battery lawsuit has emerged that has to do with his late protégé The Notorious B.I.G., who was gunned down in 2007.

An anonymous John Doe plaintiff alleges in his lawsuit, which was seen by TMZ, that in September 2020, he was in a listening session for a Biggie project when Diddy pressured him to take ketamine. Doe goes on to claim they traveled to a storage facility in Los Angeles where the late rapper’s clothes are being preserved. Upon arrival, Diddy allegedly distributed drugs to everyone present.
Next thing he knows, Doe is alone in a room with Diddy who was watching porn on his phone. The Bad Boy Records founder then allegedly got up, grabbed an old shirt of Biggie’s off a rack, then began openly masturbating. Doe claims the defamed rapper instructed him to “finish” him off, but orgasmed into the shirt before he even had a chance to react.
Wtf…
Doe claims Diddy then stood up, chuckled, threw the semen-drenched shirt into his lap, and exited the room while saying, “R.I.P. Biggie.”
That is just… There are no words.
Doe also cites a 2005 incident in the suit, claiming Diddy pressed his genitals into his face and instructed him to “suck it.” The plaintiff is suing the Revolt founder for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more, according to TMZ.
