Russia on Wednesday launched its largest drone attack since it started its full-scale invasion of Ukraine three years ago, pummeling its neighbor with over 700 drones as Moscow escalates its assault. Russia’s latest offensive comes amid sharp criticism from US President Donald Trump, who decided to resume US transfers of “defensive weapons” to Ukraine after accusing Russian President Vladimir Putin of making “meaningless” commitments to ending the conflict.
