Kanye West‘s former personal assistant is back for more — and she’s now sharing some very disturbing new allegations agains the rap music mogul.
So, you may recall the name Lauren Pisciotta. She first sued Ye back in 2024, accusing him at the time of a series of unsettling things. Those actions allegedly included him sending her some pretty disgusting texts and videos before unfairly firing her. Oh, and she also later claimed the rapper allegedly drugged and raped her while at a Diddy party a few years back. Yeah. Jeez. And now, there’s more.

On Thursday, TMZ reported that Lauren just filed an amended complaint earlier this week as part of her ongoing lawsuit against the Hurricane rapper. In it, she added another boatload of claims against Ye, including some pretty heavy stuff: assault, stalking, battery, sexual battery, false imprisonment, and sex trafficking.
Whoa.
As far as specific details, we’ve got some of ’em: for one, Pisciotta claims that she was at one point on a business trip with Ye at a hotel in San Francisco. They were in town to break ground on his Donda Academy in the NorCal city… and that’s when the rapper allegedly started making unwanted advances. She tried to push him away, but he allegedly kissed her on the mouth. Ew. And then, she claims, he asked her about what her vagina was like. WTF?!?!
Later on, while she was on hand for a songwriting session Ye was having in his hotel suite, her amended filing alleges that he started masturbating, and then touched her vagina! Things didn’t go any further, though, because she claims he fell asleep in mid-sentence while having a conversation with her. Uh…
Fast forward a bit, and Ye allegedly showed up at Pisciotta’s room in that same hotel. There, he allegedly demanded she let him use her shower, and eventually pushed his way into the room. And here’s where things get really, really scary, according to the complaint: Lauren alleged Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband shoved her onto the bed, pinned her down, and forced his penis into her mouth.
Holy s**t.
Lauren’s amended complaint claims she begged Ye to stop before she “froze in shock and fear.” Ye eventually did stop, apparently. And then he allegedly apologized to her before walking out of the room. But still. If that accusation is true… what a horrific situation to be in.
Somehow, tho, this gets even crazier. Lauren also claims Ye once offered her as a sexual gift to another man in exchange for the rapper getting to have sex with that person’s partner. And this was supposedly a commonplace activity for Ye, if Pisciotta’s claims are to be believed! She alleges that the Chicago-born mogul “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men.” Like, on the regular?!?! YEESH!
It’s all so unsettling, if true. Ugh.
