Justin Bieber is addressing all the concerns about his mental health in the most straightforward way yet… on his new album.
Amid the nonstop divorce rumors with Hailey Bieber, fans became extremely worried about the 31-year-old singer. Sometimes when he stepped out over the past few months, he looked upset and disheveled. What further alarmed folks was his intense outbursts during run-ins with paparazzi and bizarre social media posts. And all Beliebers want to know at this point: Is everything OK with JB? Well, he now has a response for everyone.

Justin dropped a new album, SWAG, on Friday, which got into a lot of what’s going on in his life — including those marriage troubles with Hailey. But he also opened up about the public concern surrounding his mental health in a vulnerable track called THERAPY SESSION. No, it’s not a song — it really is just talking things out, captured for posterity!
The performer sat down with his longtime pal Druski for a candid conversation about his feelings over how the public misinterprets his social media posts and thinks he is “losing his mind.” It begins with his friend saying:
“Even sometimes where I know you’re trolling, and they don’t even understand it, they’re like, ‘Oh my God. He’s f**king’ losing his mind.’ And it’s like, ‘Nah, I think he’s just being a human being. He’s enjoying social media like the f**king rest of us. He’s just doing it his own way.’”
However, fans don’t see it as him “enjoying” Instagram. They often feel his posts are a sign something is wrong and grow concerned. But it turns out that’s hard on Justin! He chimed in to express:
“I think that’s been a tough thing for me recently is feeling like, you know, I have had to go through a lot of my struggles as a human, as all of us do, really publicly. And so people are always asking if I’m okay and that starts to really weigh on mе, you know.”
Oof. No doubt, it is a lot of pressure to live in the public eye. Even Druski, who isn’t even close to Bieber fame, recognizes that:
“It’s like when somebody keeps saying, ‘Why you crying? Why you crying?’ It’s like, ‘Bitch, I’m not — but now I am! F**k!’ You know what I’m saying?”
Ultimately, all the talk about his mental health really gets to him:
“It starts to make me feel like I’m the one with issues and everyone else is perfect.”
Wow. What a raw moment for the Biebs. Listen to the whole track (below):
