French inmate who escaped via released cellmate’s luggage arrested

A 20-year-old French inmate who escaped last week by hiding in the luggage of a fellow prisoner during the latter’s release was arrested Monday near the eastern city of Lyon, prosecutors said. He was apprehended while emerging from a cellar early Monday, they added, noting that his accomplice has yet to be found.
