In Sudan, the civil war continues to rage. Over the weekend, the army announced it had regained control of a strategic town in North Kordofan state from the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Meanwhile, intense fighting is escalating in Darfur, particularly around the besieged city of El Fasher. The humanitarian crisis is worsening, as Olivia Bizot reports.
