Japan’s Fukushima plant evacuates workers as Russian quake sparks tsunami warnings

All the workers at Japan’s Fukushima nuclear power plant have been evacuated and the release of treated radioactive wastewater into the sea was also halted as a massive Russian earthquake triggered tsunami warnings across the Pacific, says FRANCE 24’s Gavin Blair reporting from Tokyo.
