A French court on Thursday ruled inadmissible a complaint brought by a family against German chemicals company Bayer claiming their son’s disabilities were caused by his mother’s exposure to the weedkiller glyphosate when pregnant. The lawsuit was one of the first high-profile cases centring specifically on prenatal exposure to glyphosate.
