Protests have turned violent at the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya, as residents rally against sharp cuts in food rations and dwindling aid from international donors. Local authorities report at least one death and two injured police officers. We speak with Olivier Sterck, author of a study on the impact of shrinking assistance in Kakuma.
