A fire beneath a commuter train at Jersey City’s Newport station disrupted rush-hour service along several lines on Monday morning, with video shot by a commuter showing people rushing to disembark a smoke-filled train car. Authorities said 13 people were treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, nine of whom were taken to hospital for further evaluation.
