Ukraine has appointed a new head of an economic crimes investigation unit, after rolling back an attempt to overhaul its anti-corruption agencies following public protests and concerns from key allies. Oleksandr Tsyvinsky, a renowned anti-graft detective, has been named Director of Ukraine’s Economic Security Bureau.
