A “major” shift is required to mend fractured ties between Turkey and its Kurdish minority after the PKK’s historic disarmament move, jailed leader Abdullah Ocalan said Sunday. His message was relayed by a pro-Kurdish DEM party delegation visiting Imrali prison, where he has been held since 1999.
