Any talk of territorial concessions to Putin is a red herring, analyst says

Speaking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Peter Zalmayev, Founder and Director of the Eurasia Democracy Initiative, says that Putin will only be satisfied with controlling the whole of Ukraine, in the same way that he now controls the whole of Belarus, and that any talk of territorial concessions is a red herring.
