An Australian woman was found guilty Monday of murdering her ex-husband’s parents and aunt by lacing their beef Wellington with deadly mushrooms. Erin Patterson, 50, claimed it was a tragic accident, but a jury convicted her of triple murder in a case that gripped global media as the “mushroom murders”.
