Rwanda’s economic “miracle” has earned praise for years. But behind the impressive growth figures, millions are still living in poverty. And as the country’s economy shifts toward services, large parts of the population are being left out. That’s the warning from the UN’s Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, after a 10-day official visit to the Great Lakes nation.
