A bipartisan group of top US senators called Thursday for a probe into why senior members of the Trump administration shared details of planned US air strikes in Yemen in a Signal chat group, which accidentally included a prominent journalist. The scandal ‘raises questions as to the use of unclassified networks to discuss sensitive and classified information’, the senators said.
