Israel began releasing over 1,900 prisoners and detainees as part of the ceasefire agreement. Cheering crowds greeted the buses arriving in Ramallah from Ofer prison in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, while at least one bus crossed into the Gaza Strip, according to the Hamas-run Prisoners Office. FRANCE 24’s Claire Paccalin reports from Ramallah, West Bank.
