Cardinals will soon gather to elect Francis’ successor at the Vatican

Cardinals met in Rome on Friday afternoon today as many travel from across the world for the pope’s funeral on Saturday. Catholic cardinals have admitted some apprehension at the responsibility of choosing his successor, as they begin setting out what they hope to see in the next head of the Church.
