Colombia hit by deadly guerrilla attacks, at least 18 killed

Two attacks by dissident guerrilla groups in Colombia killed 18 people and injured dozens on Thursday. A truck bomb struck Cali, while a drone downed a police helicopter at a northern coca farm, worsening the country’s worst security crisis in decades and threatening fragile peace efforts ahead of next year’s elections.
