Some of the world’s biggest comedians, including Dave Chappelle, Louis C.K., Pete Davidson and Kevin Hart, are performing at the Riyadh Comedy Festival — but not everyone is laughing. Some other comics and the non-profit group Human Rights Watch, have criticized those performing, noting the country’s record of human rights abuses.
