The Gen Z uprising against police brutality in Kenya has already resulted in numerous fatalities. As protests erupted across the country on Wednesday, police responded to the marches with teargas and live fire. The latest demonstrations marked the first anniversary of last year’s protests against tax hikes, which left dozens of people dead.
