Crush at Gaza aid site kills at least 20 Palestinians as Israeli strikes kill 41 more

Dozens of Palestinians have died in a stampede at a Gaza aid distribution site run by the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) on Wednesday, the group said, in the first acknowledgment of deadly violence at its operations. The GHF has blamed armed Hamas agitators, an accusation rejected by the militant group, which has blamed the US-backed group and Israeli troops.
